Do you ship worldwide?

- We currently ship to the U.S. only (Including Hawaii and Alaska)

- shoplivia is located in Miami, FL

How long will it take to receive my order?

- Once you place your order, if the item is in stock, there will be up to a 3 day processing period followed by a 3-5 day shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to receive your items.

Do I get a tracking number?

- Yes, All orders include tracking that will be sent to the email that you provided with your order.

What is your return policy?

- We Accept all returns within 14 days of the delivery date. If the item is defective we will accept an exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Please email returns@livia.nyc before making any returns of exchanges. Please include any pictures necessary.

Can I cancel or change my order?

- If you have made a mistake when placing your order, Please email hello@shoplivia.com to have it canceled and then you can place a new order.

Are you accepting Brand Ambassadors at this time?

- At this time we are not looking for any new Ambassadors but please join our email list for updates!

How much of the proceeds go to charities?

- For any of our featured charity items, we dedicate 10% of net profits to the charity named in the item description! We are happy to take suggestions for new charities! Please email hello@livia.nyc for any suggestions, we'd love to hear them!
